As an Owner Operator Driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest standards of service. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. You will operate your own vehicle, ensuring timely deliveries and managing your logistics effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment and commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on your vehicle to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts.
- Previous experience in freight transportation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair is a plus to handle minor repairs independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while managing their own operations.

we have new projects coming starting 2025, company is looking for Owner operator - AZ driver has own Tractor either Daycab or Semi. **Power only Work available, if you have own trailer that will increase our options.**

This is contract base must have own permits and fuel cards.

Pay will be either load wise or miles will discuss further.....depending on route/lane.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $74,146.06-$267,591.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
