INCASA Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive care Health Care Aide to be part of our team. We provide services to individuals of all ages and diagnoses. We are looking for caregivers with excellent communication skills, compassionate nature, and the flexibility to assist our clients in the home care setting. We are currently looking for an experienced Health Care Aide in Edmonton who has open availability**.**

You must be able to adapt to all types of people and circumstances and have the ability to help others remain calm and professional. Safety at INCASA is our # 1 priority, meaning that you keep yourself safe during this pandemic and encourage others to do the same.By working with Incasa Home Care, you will be working with a growing home care agency where you will be valued and treated like family. Our Care Managers will be there to support our staff every step of the way. Health Care Aide must have an open availability Monday to Friday Every Second Weekend

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creates Happier Aging experiences for clients in-home and community settings

Assists with ADL’s
Medication assistance
Healthy meal preparation
Personal care
Ambulation and exercises
Light housekeeping
Errands, companionship, transportation,
Completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested

**SCHEDULE**: MONDAY-FRIDAY 11:00am to 6:00pm ( Every Second Weekend Availability)

MUST DRIVE

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Senior Care: 3 years (preferred)
- Dementia care: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- HCA/PSW Certificate (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Police Check ( Vulnerable Sector ) (preferred)
