Ottawa Tutoring provides the highest quality tutoring in Ottawa and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for a passionate and creative tutor to join our team. The majority of the tutoring is one-on-one sessions that will take place at the student's home.

**Hours**:

- You choose the hours you want to work
- Weekly commitment of 5 to 20 hours a week
- Weekdays, evenings, and weekends with the majority of the sessions taking place after 3:30pm on weeknights

**We are looking for**:

- Someone who loves helping others and has great communication
- Someone who is completing (or has completed) a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Someone with great academic merit
- Someone who is professional and reliable
- Someone who is patient and creative
- Someone who is very organized

**Knowledge of**:

- GRADE 1 - 8 ENGLISH, MATH and SCIENCE
- GRADE 9 - 12 MATH (Calculus, Data Management, Statistics and/or Advanced Functions)
- UNIVERSITY LEVEL MATH, STATISTICS, COMPUTER SCIENCE

**The following are considered an asset**:

- You have previous tutoring or coaching or mentoring experience
- You are in Teachers College, or have completed Teachers College
- You have access to a car

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
