**Cedar Shake and Shingle Inspector
Intertek is searching for an inspector to join our Building & Construction team in our Coquitlam, BC office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in inspection fields

The Inspector is responsible for the inspection and auditing of shake and shingle mills and the products produced within his designated territory. He/she will ensure that inspections are carried out in a safe, professional and courteous manner while maintaining compliance with applicable criteria, grading rules, labeling procedures, frequency of inspection and/or other requirements.

**What it takes to be successful in this role**:

- Must have previous relevant inspection experience
- Must be familiar with cedar shake and shingle grading system
- Must have a valid Class 5 drivers’ license
- Flexible work hours Willing to travel occasionally to Vancouver Island
