Job Description: Business Analysts (HRIS UAT Experience)
**Position**: UAT Testers / Business Analysts (HRIS Expertise)
**Start Date**: October
**Location**: Toronto or Montreal (hybrid)
**Duration**: 3-month contract with potential for renewal or full-time offer
**Rate**: *-75 CAD/hr (T4)

**Overview**:
We are seeking experienced UAT Testers / Business Analysts with HR/HRIS implementation experience to support a global financial institution during the rollout of a new HR system. As part of a larger transformation project, these professionals will work closely with Product Owners (POs) to understand the client's HR processes and ensure that the new system meets the needs of the global HR community.

This role is with a major financial institution, **and will require experience in the financial services industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Product Owners to quickly absorb and understand the client's HR processes, personas, and system usage patterns.
- Participate in planning sessions, providing input on UAT strategies and timelines for the global rollout.
- Act as an extension of Product Owners by conducting UAT for HR functionality, identifying any gaps or issues in the system, and ensuring it aligns with business requirements.
- Plan and execute UAT cycles, including test case development, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Communicate testing progress and issues to stakeholders, escalating concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Support training initiatives by developing and delivering materials for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities.
- Help facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve any UAT-related challenges.
- Assist in global rollout efforts, ensuring the HR system is ready for deployment across various regions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or UAT Tester, with specific experience in HR or HRIS implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and environments.
- Experience working in UAT roles, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with large-scale, global implementations, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, HR teams, and technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing cycles in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience in planning and delivering user training on new systems or functionalities is a plus.

**Contract Details**:

- Initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension every 3 months, based on project needs and performance.
- Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance and project outcomes.
