**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and control self-erecting cranes in a safe and efficient manner according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Perform pre-operational checks on the crane's equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
- Safely lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites, following precise instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Collaborate with ground crews and communicate effectively using hand signals, radio communication, or other appropriate methods.
- Inspect and maintain the crane, reporting any malfunctions, damage, or potential safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and others on the construction site.
- Complete daily logs, reports, and documentation related to crane operations and maintenance activities.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and other relevant training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid crane operator certification/license.
- Proven experience operating self-erecting cranes in construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of crane operations, rigging techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals, load charts, and specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety regulations at all times.

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
