**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

Key tasks include installing bathroom, kitchen, flooring, tiles, drywall, mudding, taping, finishing and painting. Plus some framing, electrical and plumbing. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general construction techniques and methods.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Renovation: 1 year (required)
