The Accounting Analyst will work across multiple Finance roles and provide support to Finance process improvement activities. The general hours of work will be 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday in the Milton facility.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual, looking to start their career in a fast-growing company, who is driven to understand and improve finance processes through technology and process change. This role will provide the individual with the ability to interact directly with Finance and Executive leadership.

**Job Duties**
- Work with and understand the Billing, AR, AP and inventory functions and their current processes
- Support Sr. Accountants and perform Month End duties
- Create and update current and future state process documentation
- Provide change management support
- Create and deliver business cases and internal pitch decks
- Interact directly with other areas of the Fresh Taste corporate team on multiple initiatives
- Provide support and involvement in finance transformation and technology implementation initiatives
- Prepare reporting and provide analysis to Sr. Leadership
- Provide support to other finance functions, as required
- Some administrative duties may be required

**Qualifications**
- CPA/CPA Student/Interest in pursuing designation
- Project Management skills
- Accounting acumen and knowledge
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Commitment to excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
