**Position Description**:
**Fellowship in Leukemia Research**
**Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Toronto Ontario**
A Post-Doctoral Fellow is needed in a biomedical research laboratory leveraging the power of high dimensional flow and mass cytometry (CyTOF), as well as single cell RNA- sequencing analyses of primary human B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). This position offers an exciting opportunity to use cutting edge technology and make a significant impact at the forefront of translational oncology.This is a 2-year contract position available immediately.- Design, performance and analysis of high parameter flow or mass cytometry and/or single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq/CITE-seq)
- Work with mouse models
- Organization and communication skills, proficiency with, MS Office, Prism and R for statistical analysis, and Flow-Jo analysis of flow or mass cytometry data
- Evidence of strong motivation and commitment to research.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced biomedical research environment.
