**Concrete Prep Worker - Full-Time**

We’re looking for a solid, dependable **Concrete Prep Foreman** to join our company. If you take pride in quality work, show up ready to go, and know your way around a job site, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Working largely solo for the season, with the possibility of leading a small crew later on
- Preparing residential and commercial sites for concrete pours
- Operating skid steers and excavators for prep, grading, and compacting
- Compacting aggregate properly to meet site specs
- Setting forms and placing rebar or mesh reinforcement
- flatwork (this is a must)
- Helping out on walls and stairs when needed (bonus if you’ve done it before)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Clean driving record
- Confident with trailers - both gooseneck and bumper pull
- Experience in flatwork (required)
- Experience in walls and stairs (an asset)
- Skilled in both skid steers and excavators
- Comfortable loading/unloading and strapping machines down
- Experience compacting aggregate
- Reliable, hard-working, and safe on site
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather
- Positive attitude, works well with others, and takes direction when needed
- Self directed with strong problem solving skills

**Wage**: 30-35 depending on experience
**Location**: Yard is just beyond the NW edge of Calgary with work in Calgary and surrounding areas.
**Start Date**: ASAP

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
