**Responsibilities**:
- Business Analysis, Strategic Planning
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience with core BA capabilities - Facilitation, project scoping, business process improvement and re-engineering, requirements documentation, stakeholder management, risk assessment, communication planning.
- Strong experience with Stakeholder and Relationship Management using sound professional judgement, superior diplomacy, judgment, tact, negotiation and communication (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent abilities using the entire MS suite of tools and Visio
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong planner and self-starter capable of working in a high pressure environment
- Experience to mentor, train and support junior resources
- Able to comply with Company’s Employee and Contractor Mandatory Vaccine Policy
