**Position Overview**
**Deer Creek Golf and Banquet** is looking for a **Dishwasher **who is responsible for ensuring specific tasks within the kitchen are completed as per specifications and requirements. Maintaining impeccable personal hygiene as well safety standards in the workplace is incredibly important for all those in the kitchen.

**Salary**: $17 / hour
Must have availability to be scheduled on all 7 days/week including mornings, evenings and weekends.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
- Responsible for maintaining dish room and dish machine.
- Assists with cleaning other areas of the kitchen as requested.
- Can operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
- Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in all dish machines.
- Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Removes all garbage.
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of a shift.
- Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
- Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a chef or manager.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
- Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
- Working understanding of the English language
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.
- This position will spend the majority of the time standing.
- Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water
- The individual must be able to transport up to 30 kg on occasion and up to 15 kg regularly

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
