**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business and builds strong customer relationships.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
