**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meat Production & Processing**: Assist in the cooking, smoking, and preparation of our signature protein products.
- **Packaging & Quality Control**: Ensure that all products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet our high-quality standards.
- **Retail & Customer Service**: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, sharing product knowledge and assisting with sales.
- **Cash Handling & Point-of-Sale Operations**: Accurately process transactions and maintain a smooth checkout experience.
- **Inventory & Stocking**: Lift and move products (up to 50 lbs), restock shelves, and keep the workspace organized.
- **Hygiene & Food Safety Compliance**: Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety guidelines.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of standing and moving for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Previous experience in retail, food production, or customer service is an asset but not required.

**Job Details**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (minimum 40 hours per week). Weekend availability may be required.
