**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and develop a team of fitness professionals, recruiting and training new trainers to thrive.
- Partner with the Studio Manager to achieve studio success.
- Handle member concerns with professionalism and care.
- Inspire members through heart-rate-based workouts, blending fitness science with motivation.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our equipment and training methods.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and staff development sessions.

**This role is a blend of leading group fitness classes (12+ hours per week) and oversee a small team and all studio fitness operations (minimum of 10 hours per week). Flexibility is required to meet studio needs, with in-studio commitments of 25-35 hours per week. This role includes class compensation ranging from $30-$80 per class plus salaried compensation & competitive monthly bonuses.**

**What You Bring**:

- A Group Fitness and/or Personal Training Certification (required)
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (required)
- A passion for fitness, leadership skills, and a contagious enthusiasm that inspires others
