**Great West Chrysler is looking to add a Lube Bay Technician to join our team**. This position can jump start your career in the automotive industry and can even lead to an apprenticeship Duties include: performing oil changes on vehicles, tire repairs and change overs, general repairs, shop upkeep, and other various tasks around the dealership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform oil and filter changes as well as other service
- Recommend additional services as indicated by checks
- Enjoy working in a fact paced environment
- Tire mounting/balancing, rotations and repairs
- Completing basic inspections
- Assisting Journeyman when required
- Lube Bay experience required
- A chance to advance into apprenticeship
- Must be self-motivated
- Additional tasks as requested

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Team player
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
- First aid / Standard CPR an asset but not required
- WHMIS an asset but not required
- Dealership experience is preferred
- Experience driving BOTH manual and automatic transmission

- Edmonton, AB T5S 1B4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- lube tech: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license (required)
