Occuper un rôle d'ambassadrice ou d'ambassadeur tout en assurant la sécurité de l'entreprise, c'est possible Nos agentes et agents de prévention des pertes participent activement au bon fonctionnement des magasins. Elles ou ils agissent en tant que personnes-ressources auprès de tous les membres du personnel. Nos agentes et agents occupent un rôle stimulant et actif qui contribue directement au rendement de l'entreprise.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Assurer la sécurité des personnes et des lieux.
- Agir comme premier(-ère) répondant(e) en situation d'urgence.
- Détecter les vols à l'étalage.
- Procéder à des arrestations en collaboration avec les autorités policières, conformément aux lois et aux procédures Simons.
- Rédiger des rapports informatiques et produire des cartes d'identification pour les membres du personnel.
**Profil recherché**:
- Être une personne empathique, bienveillante et disciplinée.
- Faire preuve d'une grande débrouillardise et savoir jongler avec plusieurs responsabilités.
- Avoir une expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un rôle similaire est un atout.
