**Job Summary**:
MBW Courier Inc is currently seeking a Full Time Class 1 Pickup and Delivery Driver based out of our Truro, NS. This is a Monday - Friday position leaving MBW Truro at 3am each night and returning between 1:00-1:30pm.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Perform Daily Pre-Trip and Post Trip Inspections on Tractor & Trailer
Complete Hours of Service correctly
Maintain a clean interior of truck
Scan freight while doing pickups and deliveries
Provide efficient, reliable, professional service to customers.
Perform all customer tasks in a polite, resourceful, and professional manner with professionalism and overall excellent customer service throughout the process
Adhere to Company Policies & Procedures and take necessary training courses
You will be in and out of truck making deliveries & doing pickups
Any other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:
Valid Class 1 Nova Scotia Driver’s License
2 -3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of Courier is considered an asset
Minimum High School Diploma
Clean drivers abstract
Clear Criminal Record Check
Self-Starter with ability to make smart decisions
Strong work ethic
Positive and Enthusiastic teamwork attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to Safety
Excellent Customer Service skills
