**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for operation of various machines/equipment (planer, slitting operations, ovens, mixers, grinders, shredders)
- Quality control
- Basic housekeeping
- Trouble shooting

**Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Physical coordination
- Experience with hand held measuring equipment
- Good math and computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Forklift license/experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment with continuous processes
