As a service bartender at Antica Pizzeria, you will be responsible for creating and executing cocktails for guest and servers by ensuring professional, passionate, and proficient beverage service is provided at all times, with a high level of cocktail/wine menu knowledge. Working with others in a fast-paced environment, you will maintain a positive and energetic attitude, and treat all guests with a high level of customer service. Tasks may include: enthusiastically greeting and welcoming guests, food/beverage service and delivery, beverage selection assistance and sales, attending to special requests, and inventory/stocking needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Ability to work independently as well as in cooperation with others, and under pressure in a very fast paced environment

*Outstanding attention to detail - both in personal appearance and in properly identifying/anticipating guests' and servers needs

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers and employees, and a commitment to a supportive and positive work environment

*Excellent organizational and time management skills

*Demonstrated knowledge of service proficiency

*Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, regardless of issue, while performing multiple tasks with multiple guests/products

*Ability to work safely and in compliance with all healthy, safety, and sanitation standards

*Must be 18 years of age or older, **Smart Serve Certified**

Hours vary, must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
