We are currently looking to hire a qualified **Customer Retention Specialist**.
Our Customer Retention Specialist will be a direct contact for our current and new Sales customers. You will be responsible for responding to leads in a professional and timely manner and assisting the New Vehicle Sales Department with booking appointments.
They must possess strong customer service skills and are enthusiastic, positive, goal minded, and a clear communicator (strong English writing and speaking skills)
**Responsibilities**:
- Receives incoming calls and makes out-going calls to an established client base for all manners of automotive service appointments and pro-active maintenance
- Able to provide value to our customers through effective sales skills and knowledge of our products and services
- Proactively recognize opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for change
- Other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to speak and write in Fluent English - Customers are meeting you over the phone and our Sales team uses your notes to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Sales or Call Centre experience is an ASSET but not necessary
- High Energy & Positive Attitude - You are the first point of contact for our Service customers
- Willing to learn on the fly - we have a detailed training schedule in place but at times you can’t learn something till a client asks for it
- Solution based thinking - Finding alternatives or more efficient solutions is always embraced
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to multi task and handle several databases at one time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
