**Position Information**:

- The Champlain Regional Stroke Network (CRSN) is one of 11 stroke networks in Ontario. Regional stroke networks are a part of the Ontario Stroke System and are accountable for the leadership, development, implementation and coordination of stroke care within their region and the provision of stroke care based on best practices and evidence. The CRSN is a key healthcare partner supporting coordination of stroke care throughout the Champlain LHIN and across all points in the stroke care continuum.- Champlain LHIN is home to 1.3 million residents, close to 10% of Ontario’s population. It encompasses a large geographical area that includes Renfrew County, the City of Ottawa, Prescott & Russell, Stormont Dundas & Glengarry, North Grenville, and North Lanark.-
**Rotation/Shifts**:

- Days, 8 hour shifts.**Basic Requirements**:
- Master's Degree in business, health, or public administration;
- Previous health care experience;
- 3 or more years of program or project management experience;
- Knowledge of the Ontario Stroke System, Champlain region, and the continuum of stroke care;
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent public speaking ability;
- Experience with change management across organizations;
- Experience with continuous quality improvement and knowledge translation;
- Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Excellent critical and system-level thinking;
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities;
- Eligible to work in Canada.**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Health Sciences related field AND certified or registered in base health sciences field;
- Experience in the area of stroke care;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).**What you can expect from us**:
