IMPORTANT

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager with project management skills and experience, someone oriented to drive business results and continuous improvement (we are not looking for a coach or an Agile guru). This person will be working with software development teams through retros, sprint plannings, daily scrums, etc.

Top 3 skill sets:

- Leadership and communication to drive a team transformation
- Lean and continuous improvement focus
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Agile/Lean experience in the industry (+ strong project management background)

Bonus: Software Development skill set

We want someone in Montreal so proficient in French and English.

Interview can be run in French and/or English

3 days in the office

Day to day
- Drive the agile ceremonies (3 Agile team for a total of approx. 20 developers)
- Support the teams by removing obstacles/blockers
- Make problems visible and work on solutions/improvement
- Prime/Accountable for team KPI (existing in Jira + new KPI to be established using Jira and Microstrategy).
- Prime/Accountable for the team processes continuous improvement using Lean methodology like Toyota Kata
- Prime/Accountable for new team process to be implemented (i.e. 24/7 support process, bug/fixes process etc..)
- Prime/Accountable for onboarding of new resources in the team (documentation, training, support, logistic etc..)

- Responsible for managing all aspects of the project management life cycle including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project tracking, monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports,...etc.).
- Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures and processes as part of the continuous improvement process.
- Qualifications include:

- Demonstrated experience in project management delivering project solutions;
- Experience in managing multiple projects at a time;
- Expert in using MS Suite including Microsoft Project;
- Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards;
- and Project Management designation an asset but not required.
