Skyline Group is a Canadian company that manufactures and sells roof safety and access systems such as permanent ladders, guardrail, and walkway systems to clients throughout Canada. We are looking for a qualified Bilingual Project Manager to work with our clients to understand their unique needs and requirements and fulfil their orders in a timely manner.

This is an in-office position, remote work is not available.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Execute the order fulfillment process for assigned clients including coordinating with other departments to ensure clients receive and approve product drawings in advance of fabrication.
- Follow-up with clients post delivery to ensure order was accurate, delivered on time, and can be easily installed by the client.
- Answer client queries and/or questions.
- Handle client complaints or concerns as they arise.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Exécuter le processus d'exécution des commandes pour les clients assignés, y compris la coordination avec d'autres départements pour s'assurer que les clients reçoivent et approuvent les dessins des produits avant la fabrication.
- Traiter les dépôts requis et les demandes de crédit.
- Le travail se fait en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe d'encadrement de l'entreprise et avec les partenaires de l'entreprise.
- répondre aux demandes et/ou aux questions des clients
- Traiter les plaintes ou les préoccupations des clients au fur et à mesure qu'elles se présentent.
