**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist installers with the setup, installation, and removal of eavestroughs, downspouts, and related products.
- Safely use ladders and work at heights to support installation tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow instructions closely and support the installer team as needed.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
- Learn installation techniques with the goal of advancing into an installer role.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Experience, Traits and Qualifications**
- No prior experience necessary—training will be provided.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to and from work sites.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions, work safely, and maintain professionalism on job sites.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Wage: $22-24/hr (based on experience)
