Our hotel is dynamic and is growing. Our culture is rooted in our values, leadership accountability, and the growth and development of our ambassadors.

The Night Janitor/ Weekend Janitor contributes to the overall success of the hotel by attending to general hotel janitorial requests and providing superior customer service to guests while completing tasks during an evening or overnight shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides superior customer service and specialized services to maintenance/janitorial
- Cleans all back-of-house and public areas of the property, including taking out garbage, stripping and waxing floors, shampooing upholstery and carpet and window washing
- Adheres to Coast Hotels quality and industry standards when completing tasks
- Follows established occupational Health & Safety procedures and policies when completing tasks
- Assists with garbage/recycling removal and grounds/landscaping work
- Demonstrates a superior customer service attitude with guests and Ambassadors
- Performs special projects, seasonal work and other duties as required

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:
Secondary school diploma preferred

6 months minimum of related experience is preferred

Physical mobility and stamina

Knowledge of the products and facility in area of expertise

Professional attitude and appearance

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Exemplifies Coast’s core values and enjoys working in a culture of accountability

Able to work evening and overnight shifts, including those on weekends and holidays
