**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team as a **Bilingual Counter Clerk.** This is a customer facing role, and you’ll be relied upon to deliver excellence service to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our customers will rely on your technical expertise, and tire product and automotive service knowledge to develop appropriate recommendations for their unique needs. **This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, permanent position**.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide product and service quotes and finalize sales.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Review with clients the recommendations, diagnostics and services performed.
- Perform customer follow-ups as needed.
- Order tires, tires, rims, tubes, wheel nuts and accessories and arrange product shipping logistics.
- Ensure products and services are invoiced accurately.

**What you offer**:

- Previous experience in sales, or customer service. Experience in automotive or tire services is an asset.
- **Bilingualism (English/French) is a must**:

- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, and professional customer service skills.
- Ability to listen to, and understand customer needs and concerns, and determine appropriate action needed.
- Ability to learn quickly in a high-paced shop environment.

**Salary**: $20/hour.
