As a functional analyst specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM (OTL), you will be responsible for supporting Human Capital’s senior management in analyzing, understanding and defining their needs and business processes to guide them in choosing appropriate technological solutions that are fully integrated into the enterprise architecture.
- Monitor or implement solutions with internal clients concerning the status of various requests related to requirements and deliverables, both in project mode and for continuous improvement, and provide support for problems;
- Carry out development as well as unit, integrated and system testing;
- Follow up on critical and repetitive problems with a major impact and ensure that they are fully and definitively resolved.

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other job-related training;
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as a functional analyst with the Oracle Cloud software package;
- Specialization in the OTL module of Oracle HCM Cloud;
- Client focus;
- Ability to maintain good relations with colleagues;
- Planning skills;
- Good work quality management;
- French skills are an asset;
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate with US-based teams.
