**Property Maintenance -**

We are seeking a Property Maintenance to work as needed at our residential facility in Trafalgar Residence, Erin, ON and NeWorld Medical Detox, Limehouse, ON.

The Property Maintenance should be responsible, and experienced. Work can consist of minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, general repairs, outside maintenance and cleaning etc.

Must have own vehicle and tools.

Must have references and provide a CPIC (police check) as well as a good driving record (driving abstract) as may be required to drive company vehicles from time to time.

**Job Type**: Full-Time Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
- Ability to travel between Trafalgar and Neworld
- Able to do minor, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs
- Painting and renovation work.
- some heavy lifting
- Ability to work independently or as part of the maintenance team.
- some tree trimming or removal
- winter maintenance, snow shoveling of stairs and emergency exit areas.
- able to safely use power tools and hand tools

**Experience**:

- Property Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
