Warehouse Supervisor

**Safety**:

- Ensure a safe work environment by taking action to correct improper actions and conditions.

**Quality**:

- Implement and maintain required quality control mechanisms.
- Maintain and follow applicable procedures.

**Planning**:

- Plan all department activities (short and long term) to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction (internal and external).
- Manage inventory rotation (cycle counts, inventory adjustments, FIFO, etc.)
- Ensure continuity of service at all times (vacations, illnesses, replacements etc.).

**Logistics**:

- Ensure that raw and intermediate materials, packaging and finished goods are handled, inspected and stored in a manner that avoids losses and ensures that products are received and shipped without error and in compliance with hazardous materials handling and transportation laws and regulations if applicable.
- Maintain appropriate levels of communication with various stakeholders (production, planning and purchasing) by advocating direct and effective communication.

**Miscellaneous**:

- Oversee warehouse operations, training, safety and quality.
- Ensure that computerized data is kept up to date
- Performs all other related tasks in accordance with Sika Canada Inc. quality assurance procedures.

**We Need Your Skills**
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of standard inventory management systems (SAP).
