**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Are you looking for a new experience in the payroll department? Do you have accounting knowledge or training, or would you simply like to learn about payroll? Then take the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills

Training will be provided on all operations required to prepare, verify and distribute payroll as well as company practices and policies.

Reporting to the VP Finance, you will work closely with the payroll department.

In summary, here is what you will do with your time:

- Primarily, you will complete the entire payroll cycle in an efficient, thorough and collaborative environment
- You will be responsible for the internal control of information, the creation of employee files
- You will contribute to the production of reports and the follow-up of benefits
- You will also answer employees' questions regarding their payroll and perform related job tasks

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- DEC in administration, DEP in accounting or relevant experience in a similar job
- Good knowledge of the Office suite: Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook
- Discreet and autonomous person who is rigorous, organized, able to work under pressure and likes teamwork
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset)
- Knowledge of Nethris software (an asset)
