**Job Summary**:
The Labourer will perform work on a variety of rail car types as necessary while working inside, outside, on top of, and underneath the car.
- Assist in the preparation of rail cars for repair
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including Responsible Care Policy
- Read, comprehend, and follow repair orders and procedures
- Other related duties as assigned

The normal work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm, however this schedule may change as business requirements dictate.

**Competencies**:

- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Freight / Tank car repair experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- WHMIS training, experience dealing with hazardous commodities.
- Detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work well independently
- Strong initiative
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, Inventory system, etc.
- Adheres to Procor’s health and safety standards (including the Responsible Care policy), and wears the required PPE for the job in a safe manner.
