Job Description
We’re looking for a talented teammate
To join our team as a Building Science Analyst/Operations Analyst Co-op. As an Operations Analyst Co-Op you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines.
To join our team as an Operations Analyst Co-Op. As an Operations Analyst Co-Op, you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Responsibilities include: supporting external assessors and subcontractor, submission review, eligibility determination, customer-facing communication, data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. This Co-Op will run January 6, 2025 to April 25, 2025.
Must be in the Greater Toronto Area to be considered. This is a hybrid role, occasional in-person office attendance (approx. two days per month) will be required.
What we need help with-
- processes.- Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies.- Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships including undertaking business development activities.-
- Identifying process optimization and improvements- Supporting and creating presentation decks- Prepare and maintains a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.- Active enrollment of post-secondary education either Environment and Business or Engineering degree.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Experience in an engineering services company is an asset.- Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).- Experience with Power Query and PBI is an asset.- Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts.
