**In this role, you will**
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions using CI/CD for SiteCore ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Oversee the management and optimization of Gitlab repositories enhancing code collaboration and version control.
- Provide expertise in Python scripting to automate cloud operations and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud infrastructure by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cloud performance and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor cloud environments to identify and resolve issues proactively ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)**
- Possess a strong background in CI/CD for SiteCore with proven experience in managing complex deployment pipelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in Gitlab with a focus on optimizing code collaboration and version control processes.
- Have extensive experience in Python scripting for automating cloud operations and improving system efficiency.
- Show proficiency in Ansible for configuration management with a track record of developing and maintaining playbooks.

- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve cloud infrastructure issues proactively.
- Display excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring **3 days a week** in Cognizant office at **Toronto, ON**.
