PUR & SIMPLE in Etobicoke, ON - A breakfast restaurant is looking for friendly, courteous and QUICK Bussers and Helpers. Being a team player is essential as you will be working with servers, other bussers, cooks and dishwashers to provide a great dining experience for our valued customers. Expect busy days on your feet and be ready to lift heavy objects.

Bussers are usually part time employees and must be prepared to work on the weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests in an organized and efficient manner
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and assist with reservations
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive dining experience

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
