**Duties**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage inventory levels, including purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Handle cash management tasks, including cash handling, bookkeeping, and payroll processing.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, resolve issues, and enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using POS systems.
- Develop schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor performance metrics and assist in budgeting processes to meet financial goals.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including time management, organizational skills, and math competencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Experience in training & development of team members to enhance their skills.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting.

Pay: $27.20-$37.31 per hour
