**About the Role**:
**Your Skillset**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a furniture or a trade-related industry.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP software).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Valid forklift operator certification (preferred but not required).

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational Support_
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries to meet client timelines and expectations.
- Implement and maintain organizational systems to streamline inventory management.
- Inventory Management_
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Team Leadership_
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Delegate tasks effectively to optimize team productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Quality Control_
- Inspect furniture for damages or defects upon receipt and before dispatch.
- Ensure products are handled, stored, and transported with care to maintain their condition.
- Safety and Compliance_
- Enforce health and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
