**Financial Services Concierge** The Concierge personifies the Client Intimacy strategy and is the first point of contact for all BlueShore clients. As a Concierge you are responsible for anticipating and uncovering the needs of our clients and identifying sales opportunities upon their arrival to our Financial Spas. As well, this position promotes and educates our clients/potential clients on a wide variety of BlueShore Financial products and services to ensure Client Intimate sales and service. Schedule: Monday - Friday Employee Type: Full Time Job Category: Client Service and Sales Location: Kerrisdale Branch, Vancouver **Key responsibilities of this role are**: - Welcomes clients, uncovers/identifies needs and directs/refers clients to the appropriate service delivery channel and/or other specialized staff within the branch; profiles clients/potential clients in an effort to assess needs and ensure sales opportunities are maximized; recognizes specific life events and educates clients on BlueShore Financial’s products and services. - Builds rapport and trust with clients and branch staff.
