**Budds’ Automotive Group is looking for a Service Receptionist**

**What you’ll be doing**
You will be in charge of setting a welcoming tone for our clients and visitors with a friendly and professional disposition. You will assess client needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the appropriate member of our Service team. You will provide support for our service advisors and lot attendant team when required.
**You will be responsible for**
- Greeting clients coming into Service Department
- Taking payment from clients after their service visit
- Assisting with our 24/7 customer key drop Kiosk
- Arranging alternate transportation for clients with our partner vendors
- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- File paperwork accordingly
**What we need from you**
- Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday & Occasional Weekends
**What skills & experience you’ll bring to us**
- Strong communication skills/ premium word choices
- Customer Service experience
- Time management skills
- Work well in a team-based environment
- Organization
- Positive Attitude
- Experience with computers and automotive an asset, but not required
