**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support chefs and cooks during meal service by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes as needed.
- Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Participate in cleaning duties after service, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal delivery.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
