**What we’re looking for**

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who is highly organized and enjoys content creation and brand development. Being part of a small team, you’re not just another employee. You’re a team member and your contributions and talents make a direct impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Create daily video content for the brand showcasing products, answering questions, participating in trends, collaborating with other brands, etc
- Becoming the face of social postings
- Manage and oversee content, postings, comments, and reviews on our social media channels
- Monitor and grow KPIs across all social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Champion and measure the success of social media campaigns
- Research and keep up to date with trending topics and adapt to social media strategy to boost social media traffic
- Consistently brainstorm new ideas and strategies to generate new leads, followers and increase our brand engagement
- Collaborate with other teams such as, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and take on various projects
- Identify and communicate with influencers and brand ambassadors via social media to create and build a strong network

**Qualifications**
- Have a genuine passion for social media and content creation
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Energy and attitude to always want to be the best at what you do
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, and/or business or equivalent work experience required
- Demonstrated success or understanding of social media marketing
