Monochroam is a curated photography platform that connects photographers with themed photoshoot events and creative communities. We offer unique sessions where photographers can showcase their talent, collaborate with diverse participants, and expand their portfolios—all while getting paid for their craft.

We’re looking for creative, passionate, and skilled photographers to host and lead sessions through the Monochroam platform.

**Responsibilities**:
As a session host, you’ll be responsible for the full creative and operational flow of the photoshoot, including:

- Artistic Vision & Photography Style:

- Provide a unique artistic approach and define the visual direction of the shoot.
- Coordinate visual themes with Monochroam’s team and align with the event’s concept.
- Studio & Logistics Management:

- Streamline studio arrangements, secure spaces, and manage timeslot bookings.
- Set up lighting, camera equipment, and oversee the session's aesthetic feel.
- Event Coordination & Flow:

- Review the attendee list and manage gallery access.
- Oversee attendee check-ins, ensuring smooth session flow and providing directions.
- Direct posing, ensures participant comfort while capturing the best moments.
- Photography & Content Creation:

- Capture high-quality photos during the session.
- Select, edit, and deliver personalized images to each participant post-shoot.
- Allow usage of images for Monochroam’s promotional purposes.
- Record short videos or behind-the-scenes clips for event marketing.
- Marketing & Promotion:

- Contribute to pre
- Share edited images and promotional materials to participants and Monochroam’s team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a professional photographer (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of studio and natural lighting techniques.
- Proficient in post-processing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during fast-paced sessions.
- Strong creative vision and adaptability to different themes and aesthetics.
- Access to professional-grade equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting gear).

Preferred Experience:

- Experience hosting photoshoots or leading creative projects.
- Background in lifestyle, portrait, fashion, or event photography.
