**As our Human Resource Generalist, you'll**:

- Be the master of employee information, maintaining and updating our HR system like it's nobody's business.
- Be the welcoming committee for new hires, conducting onboarding and orientation like a pro.
- Be the benefits guru, administering our benefits plan through our provider.
- Be the policy expert, staying up to date on all HR and company policies and providing coaching or advice to managers and employees.
- Be the data wizard, creating and maintaining HR metrics reporting for senior management.
- Be the go-to person for HR support and employee relations services for employees and managers.
- Be the program promoter, promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Be the performance management ninja, undertaking tasks around performance management.

**What you bring to the table**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (or something equally impressive).
- If you don’t have at least 5 years of experience being an awesome HR generalist in a Canadian company, this may not be the right position for you.
- Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee coaching, onboarding, and employee engagement (because variety is the spice of life).
- Experience dealing with employee group benefits programs (because everyone loves benefits).
- Excellent written and verbal negotiation and communication skills (because communication is key).
- A big plus if you are bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- An eye for detail and organization (because nobody likes chaos).
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement (because there's always room for improvement).
- The ability to learn quickly and handle pressure in a fast-paced working environment (because we like to keep things exciting).
- A great team player with professionalism (because teamwork makes the dream work).
