**Position Summary**

This position is full-time, permanent, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, based out of the Admin & Finance Office in Langford. This position starts at $27.00 per hour.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of office experience and at least 1 year providing excellent customer service and detailed information to the public
- Post-secondary courses in office or business administration
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the _Residential Tenancy Act_ or willingness to learn
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience providing service in a Contact Centre environment an asset
- Experience working in and with the Indigenous community would be an asset

**Other**
- Provide a clear Criminal Record Check prior to hiring, cost covered by MHS
- First Aid Level 1 certificate, cost covered by MHS
- WHMIS Certificate, cost covered by MHS
