Production and Planning Management Business Analyst

Under the responsibility of ERP Project Manager, The Super User is responsible to take ownership of defining the requirements necessary for the design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as well as supporting data migration activities through data cleanup, importing and testing. By assisting in the process definition, he will be implementing and testing the solution (Unit & Integrated testing), preparing training documentation and performing end-user training.

Ensures that the following activities are supported in the new ERP system:

- Production Order;
- Batch Order;
- Planning and Scheduling;
- BOM routes and formulas management;
- Finished good management;
- MRP (Material Resource Planning);
- Reporting & Dashboarding;
- D365 cross modules integration.

**PROFIL & REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication (oral & written) in French and English;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build solid relationships with various departments;
- Detail oriented & organized;
- Experience with ERP systems Microsoft D365, an asset;
- Knowledge of manufacturing management tools;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethics;
- Ability to create and adhere to production processes;
- Ability to write reports legibly and accurately;
- 20% Travel (US and Canada).
