**_ What is a day in a life of a Brand Analyst at theturnlab?_**
As part of our small and nimble strategy team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a lot of interesting projects. You will support the collection, analysis, and configuration of research for our B2C, B2B and NFP clientele. You will work with the team to uncover insights that will be used for building and informing strategic plans for our clients. In summary, you will:
- conduct both primary and secondary research for different clients / industries
- develop and program surveys and questionnaires
- design and conduct interviews, workshops and focus groups
- analyze and interpret results
- create insight reports based on findings
- present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- support the overall strategic thinking on projects
- support in the creation of brand prototypes, frameworks and platforms
- provide ongoing strategic support to media, digital and creative teams
**_ What value will you bring to our team?_**
You will have a degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, business, or related field; coupled with at least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in marketing or advertising. You will put your strong analytical and problem-solving skills into play to support the team in gathering data and competitive intelligence. You have a curious mind - you see the value in staying current with key social and cultural trends, media platforms and new technologies. Additionally, you will have:
- experience gathering analyzing primary and secondary data and creating reports
- advanced MS Office, PPT, Excel or other data analytics software
- knowledge of data analysis, concepts, and segmentation techniques
- an understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
- an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to learn and takes initiatives
- excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- a reliable team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who takes a proactive approach
