Porter

The porter is generally responsible for customer service to patrons and maintaining the cleanliness of facilities, building common areas and exterior areas and responding to daily cleaning requirements and service requests based on end user traffic patterns through the building space.

**Duties**:

- Disarm Mall alarm.
- Pick up keys and radio.
- Read notes left by the afternoon/night crew, and action any outstanding items if needed.
- Prepare the auto scrubber.
- Dust mop the common area floors.
- Auto scrub entrances and common area everyday.
- Entrances - wash windows, wipe door handles, wipe down sanitizers and vacuum carpets. Have Wet Floor sings out.
- Furniture - wipe down all tables, chairs, and benches; sweep and wash all stairs.
- Handrails - wipe down all fingerprints and smudges.
- Complete any work orders due for that day, washroom check list daily maintenance log and record radio checks.

Shift details:
**Tuesday to Friday, 5am to 11am**

**Saturday, 2:30pm to 8pm**

Wage**:$16.50 per hour**
