**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in restaurant management, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
- Familiarity with Micros POS systems or similar cash handling systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen environment.
