**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of store promotions, product locations, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively.
- Perform merchandising tasks by organizing displays and stocking shelves as needed.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to demonstrate merchandising skills and maintain an appealing store environment.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
- Avalibility of Evenings & Weekends
