**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and verify field progress against the turnaround schedule.
- Gather and validate data from contractor crews to support accurate progress reporting.
- Identify schedule deviations, delays, and productivity issues in the field.
- Support planners with real-time progress input for daily and weekly updates.
- Communicate field observations to supervision and planning teams.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, outstanding tasks, and progress metrics.
- Participate in daily progress meetings and assist in generating execution reports.

**Qualifications**
- Journeyperson trade certification or equivalent field-based technical experience.
- 5+ years of industrial experience, ideally in turnaround, maintenance, or construction environments.
- Background in planning, scheduling, or field coordination considered a strong asset.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial workflows, progress-tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid safety certifications (Requirements TBD)
